Air Fryer Cinnamon-Sugar Banana Chips

Directions
- Freeze bananas 20 minutes. Stir sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F for 5 minutes. Cut 1 banana diagonally into ⅛-inch-thick slices; brush both sides of slices with lemon juice. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray; place banana in single layer in basket and spray with cooking spray. Air fry banana 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once; transfer to wire rack to cool. Repeat with remaining banana.
- Transfer banana chips to a large bowl; spray with nonstick cooking spray and toss with sugar mixture. Makes about 48 chips.
